SuitabookOlivia the otter sister
Amber Castle
- Reading
- If starting here, ask what the story explains about the Spell Sisters and Avalon; the book is presented as the seventh adventure in a series.
- Themes
- Finding the Spell Sisters: Gwen and Flora search for Olivia within a wider quest to find eight imprisoned sisters and return their powers to Avalon. The book’s stance on this remains unclear.
- Olivia’s animal power: Olivia is described as the sister who controls animals, and Gwen and Flora go in search of her. The power distinguishes Olivia within the group, but its role in the adventure and how it is used are not established.
- Worth knowing
- The wider story includes a sorceress imprisoning sisters and taking their magical powers; consider whether fantasy peril suits your reader.
