- Reading
- Choose one tale at a time, then pause over the illustrations and invite your reader to retell what they remember. This lets you notice together how each version unfolds.
- Themes
- A mixed collection: The book gathers named classic tales and nursery rhymes in one illustrated collection. Its stated structure is a selection of different forms, rather than a single continuous story.
- Worth knowing
- The collection includes “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”, “The Three Little Pigs”, “The Hare and the Hedgehog” and “Puss in Boots”; consider which familiar tales your family would like to read together.
