SuitabookValkyrie

- Reading
- If battlefield or death-related material might be difficult, check in after the first mission. You could also read together and pause to discuss how Freya handles her responsibilities.
- Themes
- Duty and choice: Freya dreads taking up full Valkyrie duties and does not want to follow the path of earlier legends. The premise sets Freya’s reluctance against an inherited role, but does not establish how the story ultimately judges either.
- Worth knowing
- Soul-collecting, a battlefield mission and the prospect of death through a touch are part of the premise; the quest is described as deadly. The detail and intensity are unclear.
