SuitabookAlby's amazing book
Catalina Echeverri
- Reading
- Read together and let your child lead with questions about the pictured Bible episodes; you can share how your family understands those stories without assuming every household reads them the same way.
- Themes
- Bible reading and belief: Alby’s favourite book is the Bible, and illustrated scenes include the Garden of Eden, David and Goliath, and the catch of fish in John 21. The story presents Bible reading enthusiastically and frames its stories as true, encouraging a positive view of the Bible.
- Worth knowing
- Its explicitly Christian perspective presents the Bible as special and its stories as true, rather than approaching them from a neutral or comparative religious viewpoint.
