SuitabookStar Wars - Young Jedi Knights - Darkest Knight
Kevin J. Anderson, Rebecca Moesta
- Reading
- Read together or check in after the ritual and raid scenes, if those feel intense. You could pause to talk about how the characters' different responsibilities affect their choices.
- Themes
- Former friends on opposing missions: Zekk is assigned to lead a raid and must face former friends Jacen and Jaina. The premise sets friendship against opposing mission roles, but does not show how the story judges either side.
- Worth knowing
- The plot includes a raid and a ritual described as dangerous. The detail and intensity of these events, including any injury, are not clear from the book's premise.
