SuitabookGod Bless Our Christmas

- Reading
- Read the rhymes aloud and pause over the different family traditions. At the ending, invite your child to share what they notice about the animals' gratitude and how your household marks Christmas.
- Themes
- Christian meaning of Christmas: Snow-animal families enjoy Christmas traditions and gather around a tree, thankful for Jesus, described as the brightest part of the season. The ending presents gratitude for Jesus as the celebration's central meaning, alongside family activities and seasonal traditions.
- Worth knowing
- The Christian framing is explicit: the animals celebrate Jesus and give thanks to him. This may be worth noting if your family approaches Christmas from a different religious or non-religious perspective.
