SuitabookPirate Mazes

- Reading
- Try a maze together first, then let your reader take the lead if they want. This offers a chance to see whether they enjoy the puzzle style without committing to the whole collection.
- Themes
- Treasure hunt and adventure: The puzzles follow a route towards buried treasure, including a search for a map and key and a path to Skull Island; battles and challenging terrain also feature. The pirate setting and perilous-sounding locations provide an adventure frame for the puzzles; how the book treats danger or conflict is unclear.
- Worth knowing
- The pirate adventure includes battles and a trek through a volcano. The detail and intensity of these elements are unclear, so consider whether this kind of adventure imagery suits your reader.
