Rigoberta faces a strong storm while seeking to protect animals and her grandchildren.
Rigoberta is described as unwilling to let a strong storm prevent her from acting on behalf of others.
The storm could invite discussion of courage without assuming that fear disappears. Ask what Rigoberta might notice, worry about or do first when protecting others becomes difficult.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: another book-specific source is still needed; the book’s treatment of its main themes is not yet firm enough.
