Adventures of Venus

The collection moves between ordinary interests and make-believe, offering several self-contained situations rather than one continuous adventure.

One story has Venus walking through a scary forest; another has her catching measles.

If the forest episode feels frightening, what makes it feel that way to you, and what would help Venus feel more at ease?

Try one story at a time, letting the everyday episodes and imaginative ones stand on their own; pause after the forest story if your child wants to talk about it.
