This is a historical time-travel adventure built around Amelia Earhart’s planned 1937 flight. Young investigators pursue the mystery of her disappearance while confronting danger, secret plans and questions of faith.
Ten ships and sixty planes never learned what the Impossible Dreamers saw firsthand. Lindsey, Andrew, and Ben have an unusual homeschool tutor in Thomas Jefferson Wakesnoris. T.J. really knows how to make history come alive by taking his students back in time! The date is 1937. The Dreamers befriend Amelia Earhart weeks before the pilot's attempted flight around the world. T.J., as Amelia's advisor, learns that the US government has special, top-secret plans for the trip. When Earhart disappears, the Dreamers make their own daring probe into the mystery and learn that Amelia's "stunt" was more dangerous than they'd imagined. Will the Dreamers perish along with their friend? Or will their faith bring them safely home? Look for the Impossible Dreamers in other exciting stories of action, adventure, and intrigue! - Back cover.
