Repeatedly hearing “you are too young” may resonate with children who feel excluded from grown-up tasks; the refusals are brief, and the story does not dwell on distress.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: the book’s treatment of its main themes is not yet firm enough.
