Sign in for personalised guidanceA brief absence turns into a string of household mishaps involving a dog, a cat and a child. The story ends with the child denying responsibility, while the illustrations show the room in disarray.
The action includes crashing, spilled contents, tumbling animals and the cat hissing at the dog. These moments look comic, but the illustrations show energetic disruption and an agitated confrontation between the animals.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: the book’s treatment of its main themes is not yet firm enough; some draft conclusions still depend on unresolved evidence.
