Perry returns hoping to reconnect with Uncle Zeke and friends Juliet and Rain, then gathers friends during the crisis.
The story uses mutant rabbits, bizarre weather, an evil plot and fully illustrated comic-style chapters within a fantasy adventure.
The central tension involves destructive microstorms, a character being locked up for an alleged crime, and a plan involving transformation into rabbits. The intensity and consequences are not fully established.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: some draft conclusions still depend on unresolved evidence.
Anything not established here remains open; it is not being treated as absent or safe.
