Tessa and Lizzie work together to care for animals at a shelter when a terrible storm occurs.
Tessa tries to discover Lizzie’s real wish and help grant it before time runs out; the Star Darlings investigate troubling events on Starland.
A terrible storm and trouble affecting the animals are part of the plot.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: another book-specific source is still needed; the book’s treatment of its main themes is not yet firm enough.
