The outline includes a spell that causes unwanted hair growth and says Tabby is distressed and refuses to fly. It does not explain how long either difficulty lasts or how they are resolved.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: the current material supports only a cautious reading; another book-specific source is still needed.
