Talk about: Which parts of Grok’s way of life does the story present as valuable, and does it show any trade-offs?
The story makes difference and fitting in central to Grok’s experience, then gives his unfamiliar skills a positive role. It may prompt discussion about whose habits a family or community treats as normal.
There is a tiger chase and a zoo escape, alongside food fights at school and trouble fitting in. These moments bring suspense and comic social disruption; consider how your reader responds to animal danger and unruly behaviour.
If Grok’s way of living seems appealing, what parts of it might work in the modern world, and what might be harder to adopt? What makes the Korgs change how they respond to him?
Read it as an adventure first, then invite your reader to weigh the story’s praise of ancestral living against its comic portrayal of modern habits. Let them decide which contrasts feel convincing.
