Jade must consider whether to give the Dark Hand all twelve talismans in exchange for a cure for Jackie.
Twelve scattered stones or talismans possess individual powers, and Jackie and Jade search for them during a dangerous worldwide mission.
The book may suit a reader who enjoys magical objects, globe-spanning adventure and a clear high-stakes predicament.
This is a grounded book brief while Suitabook strengthens the analysis: the book’s treatment of its main themes is not yet firm enough; some draft conclusions still depend on unresolved evidence.
